Traits:

Legless: Celia uses a pair of artificial legs to get around. They have integrated skate-style wheels, and are waterproof, although they are too heavy to swim well with.

Swimmer: Celia lost her legs in a dolphin attack, but it hasn't dampened her enjoyment for swimming. She does have an unpowered mermaid tail (the body is made of rubber and air tanks, but there are no electrical parts) which she occasionally uses when she can get a day off in the summer. Even without, she's still a proficient swimmer. She uses her full athletics stat for swimming, and gains a +2 bonus to her caution rolls when swimming.

Teacher Imprint: Celia's has a very maternal personality, but knows how to appeal to most people's inner middle-schooler, and give them a stern talking-to. Once she prevented a gang fight by standing between the two groups and praying loudly. This does, however, mean that she's likely to be slow on the uptake when it actually is time to fight or flight. Celia may ignore the first 5 points of stress she would gain in a social encounter, but takes a -2 penalty to all physical combat rolls for the first 3 rounds (including ambush rounds); she may spend tension to ignore this penalty.

Knacks:

Power Stroke: Celia can handle herself even without cybernetics, and this has improved her capabilities even with them. By spending 1d6+1 stamina, Celia bring out her full upper-body strength, allowing her to lift another person up to 125% her own weight (or equivalent in objects) and carry them from things like monkey bars, or to handwalk rapidly, or similar feats of strength. If a bonus is needed, she gains a +3 bonus to both sides of the roll. This knack lasts for one scene, or encounter, depending on the strenuousness of use.

Stress Explosion:

Wonder Woman Syndrome (Stressor)

Celia has a phobia of being restrained. She broke up with a guy over mild bondage, and had a panic attack after being handcuffed at a protest rally. She has mild claustrophobia when in a very restricting environment. Being bound immediately inflicts 1d4+2 points of stress on Celia, and being threatened with bondage situations inflicts 1d3-1 points of stress.

Get out of here! (Explosion)

Celia will try to break herself free to the point of self-injury. She's not going to gnaw her hand off, but almost. She's also going to be completely irrational about this, kicking (if she has her legs on) and screaming. She may not use more than 1 caution die when escaping, but once free, removes stress equal to the damage she took. If she is not bound, she's going to try to run outside and be in the most open space available. If she's already in an open space, she's just going to run away from everything, people, trees, roads.

Water Healing (Relief)

Sometimes you just need a bath, or a shower, or a quick swim. She removes 1d3 stress if she spends a scene performing one of these activities.

Competencies:

Celia is a high school shop teacher, meaning that she knows basic carpentry, machining, and 3d printing. She also knows how to keep a group of adolescents more or less in line... as mych as anyone can truly claim to know how to do that. She's a proficient swimmer and knows CPR and first aid.

+3AwarenessTeachers have eyes on the back of their heads. Celia not so much, but she manages.
+2/1sDivingCelia's main hobby. She holds a recreational PADI certificate, so she can swim well, and knows how to refill a scuba tank, check valves for damage, and so on.
+3/1sCarpentryCelia is a shop teacher, so has basic competence in manufacturing. She won't design you a building, but she can definitely fix a chair, or make one.
+3/1sCAD/CAMCelia is a shop teacher, so has basic competence in manufacturing. She's not an industrial designer but if you give her a CNC machine and a 3D file, she'll make the machine spit it out.
+3/1sFirst aidUseful for both her job and her hobby. She did manage to tourniquet her legs with her wetsuit sleeves before help came, and decided to learn more before she runs out of limbs.
+3/1sTeachingIt's a skill, despite what a lot of people will tell you. Celia is reasonably good at getting a complicated point across... which isn't the same as having it believed, or be persuasive.
+2WrestlingA lot of teachers will call security, or even police, to restrain teenagers who are being hormonal. Celia won't, if she can help it, that's just not what she grew up with so why should anyone else?
+3/1sGeneral knowledgeCelia gets asked to substitute for other teachers fairly often. As a result, she's one of the few people who consistently ace "could you pass a civics/history test today" online quizzes.
+3CookingWhile Celia's grandma has given up on her ever being a good housewife, some stuff stuck.
